Policy Overview

As a company policy, we offer return credits or refunds only under specific circumstances, such as technical malfunction that prevents the use of our platform for a continuous period of 5 days.

In this article, you will learn about HugeMails' refund policy and eligibility requirements.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-calendar-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund for unused credits. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You have purchased credits within the last 14 calendar days.
  • The HugeMails platform was technically unavailable or non-functional for at least 5 consecutive days during that period.
  • Your account has not been used in violation of our Terms of Use or applicable international laws.

To initiate the refund process, please send an email to refund@hugemails.eu with the subject line "Refund Request", and include the following information:

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
  • Proof that the platform did not function properly for at least 5 consecutive days (e.g., screenshots, error logs).
  • Your full and accurate banking details, including:
    • Full name of the account holder
    • IBAN/BIC or SWIFT code
    • Bank name and address
    • Reason/purpose of the transaction (if required)
Important: Incomplete or false banking information may delay or cancel the refund process.

Account Closure Upon Refund

Once the refund is processed, your HugeMails account will be permanently closed, and all data associated with it will be deleted from our system.

Fraudulent Activity and Abuse

HugeMails reserves the right to investigate any refund request. If we detect fraudulent behavior, abuse of payment systems, or misuse of our platform — including but not limited to sending content that violates international laws regarding drugs, illegal activities, racism, pornography, etc. — we reserve the right to:

  • Reject the refund request.
  • Permanently close your account without prior notice.
  • Retain any remaining funds in your account.

You will receive an email notification if your account is terminated due to such violations.
